Terms & Booking Conditions

Simple terms for ordering the book and booking a talk.

Personally signed copy

I sell the book directly as a personally signed copy.

Price: DKK 279.
Shipping: DKK 49.

When ordering, you let me know who the book is for and what I should write inside. For example a name and a personal greeting.

The copy is thus customised to the specific order and given a personal touch. Therefore there is no right of withdrawal on the personally signed copy.

Payment is made in advance via MobilePay Box or bank transfer. The book is sent once payment has been received.

The book is normally shipped within a few business days after receiving payment.

If something is wrong with the book, you are always welcome to contact me and we will find a solution.

Talks

The fee for a talk is agreed individually depending on the size and scope of the event.

Once we have agreed on a date and fee, the booking is binding.

Upon booking, 50% of the agreed fee is payable. The remaining 50% is payable after the talk.

Travel expenses are additional and agreed in advance.

If you need to cancel

If you need to cancel an already booked talk, the following applies:

More than 30 days before the talk:
No payment.
15–30 days before the talk:
50% of the agreed fee.
14 days or less before the talk:
100% of the agreed fee.

If an agreed date is moved, it must be done by agreement with me. Moving the date does not change the original cancellation terms.

If I fall ill

If I fall ill or am otherwise prevented from delivering the talk, I will contact you as soon as possible.

We will first try to find a new date.

If it is not possible to find a new date, you will of course be refunded the amount you have already paid.

If something unforeseen happens

If a serious and unforeseen event means the event cannot be held, we will contact each other as soon as possible and find a solution.

This could for example be fire, serious damage to the venue, government orders or other extraordinary circumstances that neither party could have foreseen.

If the event cannot be held, we will find a new date where possible.
