The talk
How do you move forward when you lose your footing?
The talk is about life's great turning points — the blow, the change, the loss or the rupture we didn't ask for. Not as tragedy, but as something we may all face at some point — and that can open onto something new, if we bring the right words home with us.
Perspective
When life changes, it can feel like failure. But a turning point does not have to be the end. It can also be the beginning of something new.
Hope
Not empty motivation or quick fixes. But a belief that you can move forward, even when life did not turn out the way you imagined.
